Just by immediate observation you can see open circle then solid circle then open circle then solid circle then open circle so you will end with an answer if closed circle. So all answers with open circle are gone. Then notice that the pairing of 90 degrees from each open circle to solid circle. Since down goes with left, right goes with up, then Up must go with closed circle right because we already see that down goes with left so the inverse should be up goes with right.
But there is a better answer in the comments of the 90-180-270-360-90 etc... that one is better than mine! Kudos!
