I do not agree with their answer because the question does not say anything about who the three are sitting next to in the crowd.

I do not agree with their answer because the question does not say anything about who the three are sitting next to in the crowd.
If Huey is sitting next to someone wearing a blue cap and he's not sitting next to Louie, then Louie is wearing the Green cap.
