For this one, I notice the amount of shape is diminishing away, so it’s like 6-5-4-3 etc... also the colors are changing so you can never use the same color again unless there is a repeat, but assuming repetition isn’t allowed sky blue is a new color and only has two in the exact spot that would be diminished.

Don't think it has as much to do with the colors as it does with the diminishing segments.
The colour are there to distract you from the big picture
