The circle in the middle follows a repeating pattern of being in the center and than on the edge twice
The Line is definitely being rotated 90 degrees counter cw but we also have to take note of the small dot. Think of a car going around a turn and the little kids being squished in the back seat and laughing, the dot ends up catching up with the inertia of the movement, so every spin leaves the dot, but the dot ends up following! The dot is loose. Kind of like a penny in a washing machine! Cheers!
