Follow my explanation of question 5 (I think it is question 5).
Both lines traversing three nodes; one has perpendicular halves, the other has parallel halves. They rotate in opposite directions of each other and can overlap.
it's C, the whole lines rotate either clockwise or counter clockwise in every row. Additionally, in every row, there are two half lines that rotate either clockwise or counter clockwise.
