Each shape's position on the sub-matrix indicates its value. These 3 values (one for each column) must equal 15. The values are assigned top-bottom, left to right, from 1-9 (indicating each index of the sub-matrix), like so:

1 2 3

4 5 6

7 8 9

Example: Look at the first row's square positions. 3 + 7 + 5 = 15

F: the shapes go up and to the left in each move and teleport when there is no space left in the mini-matrix.

Hi Pippo

in the first row the shapes go up and to the right and teleport whenever there is no space left.

in the second row the shapes go down and to the left and teleport whenever there is no space left.
