You're thinking too hard, literally they follow the same vertical horizontal then vertical pattern, the difference between A and B is the shading. Those are the only two that are vertical and the shading tells the difference.
If you compare it to the others, you'll notice that the marbles don't make a full circle but instead they move back and forth, hence why the shading in B is wrong. You should have chosen your answer in relation to the other marbles.
