Look at the red box. The "T" that facing upwards is clearly the opposite of the "T" that facing downwards. So you just gotta flip the black box the same way as the red box.
The shape rotated to the right 90 degrees as it diagonally goes one block down. The color between each slide goes from red to black starting from the left and going to the right.
Notice the shape is always two above the block at all times. ; )

The box is black or red depending on whether the base or the corner of the "T" is facing the box
